Half-Life 1 & Half-Life 2 in 60 Seconds

By Alec Meer on November 23rd, 2007 at 10:46 am.

In German, but it doesn’t make much difference, dummkopf.

(With thanks to Mike C for the find.)

    Brilliant.

Incidentally, how do you register to make Gravatar’s show up? Doesn’t appear to be a link anywhere.

Hmm, I thought this is old? But its fun – except the dancing striders…

What’s wrong with dancing striders ;)

  6. derFeef says:

I dont know,…. there must be something deep inside me that makes me disklike dancing striders. Or because I hate disco spheres ;)

It’s because you expect Hunters to jump out of the mirror ball at any moment.

Oh, dear God, I just woke up my neighbors because of all the noise I made choking on my coffee. “Well, the coffee was hotter than usual” was, amazingly, a much more dignified response than “these Germans on the internet made me laugh regarding a PC game about aliens.”

Well, slightly more dignified, at least.

    I think.

  9. Tom Lillis says:

Oh, and the fact that it’s in German does make a difference: it somehow makes it better. German in unexpected places makes almost everything funnier, except for possibly early 20th-century Europe.

Oh wait, I think I worked out the real reason you hate disco spheres. Your brain works like thus:

Half Life – Aliens – Disco Ball – Saturday Night Fever – John Travolta – Battlefield Earth

So when is half life the film coming ?? I hear Uwe Boll is looking for more IP’s.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=nR1KqecBOCo&NR=1 was almost as good. However, for a sleepless night, do watch his Hitman movies.
