Crayons. Crayons, crayons, crayons. Crayons!
In conclusion, crayons are great.

Also great is Crayon Physics Deluxe, which kindly Old Man Eurogamer let me spend an afternoon playing this week. You can read it by following this passage of tantalising text:

Man, this game looks awesome! :-) A childhood dream-come-true.
Played the demo and this is fun. Yearp.
This is why i stick to Eurogamer and RPS – the quality of the writing is off the charts compared to IGN etc. and you bring up the offbeat games that would never get this kind of media coverage otherwise. Great job.
Yep this game looks awesome, watched the video yesterday and i was very much interested.. It does feel like some child dream coming true, really, and its simplicity makes it brilliant.
@Emil:
Stay away from the EG forums though. Nowhere else will you find such a wretched hive of scum and villainy.
You people though, I love in a profoundly carnal way.
When Kieron wrote about World of Goo and casually mentioned this I thought “well goo sounds interesting but dammit there’s deluxe crayon physics to know about, tell me about THAT”. And now you have. Thanks!
@Meat Circus
I kind of like those forums, compared to other gaming sites, even though I just lurk around every so often. I find that idiots are put in the place right away, and I like the witty and understated intelligence in the comments.
Will ‘we’ ever get ‘our’ own forum? Complete with reply notification and the ability to prevent me posting as Gillen and _everything_?
Yes. I will create it myself out of string and have it done by Tuesday.
The ability to edit comments would be nice though.
HINTY HINTY HINT HINT.
We give so much, and still you ask for yet more.
I’m prepared to pay. WITH MY MOUTH.
Very cool game, “Elegant and deceptively simple” come to mind. Portals little brother so to speak if it could get the publicity.
I’m really looking forward to this one, what a fantastic idea for a game. If it plays and looks anything like the previews, I think it could become one of my favourite games, and will be ridiculously addictive.
