Like on level 16 once the ball starts freefalling, I expect it to keep falling downwards, but as i turn it starts to"fall" sideways. Only got stuck on one level before that one though so not doing too bad. I think it helps if you just go for it, rather than spend two minutes slowly guiding it inch by inch.
