I wonder how this compares to Everyday Shooter (which is, for me, the high-water mark for twin-stick shooters). It seems to have a similar kind of vibe. I’ll have to try this after work.

I enjoyed Smiley enough to fork out the cash for it, but you’re right that it’s perhaps a bit *too* sedate at times. I think I got a little over halfway through on last play through and still found myself nowhere near breaking a sweat.

It’s good, but missing something to tip it over the edge into super special good. Perhaps it should be filed under “comfort gaming”?

Also, just realised I’ve not thanked you for the WT mention, so ta! Despite posting news about everyone elses games most of my spare time, I still get the judders when one of mine is mentioned somewhere I read.
