Actually, a mug tree is where mugs come from. They only grow in remote parts of the brazillian rainforest, and are the only thing in poundland that costs over £10!

Diablo, Titan Quest, Dungeon Siege and what ever else. I think the image is just supposed to be indicative of the genre as a whole rather than pointing at any particular game.
I actually found this disturbing. Like that mission in Oblivion where you get drugged and kill a bunch of villagers. It’s like you are playing Diablo and suddenly wake up to realize you have massacred people shopping at a dollar store. Almost all the dead seem to be unarmed humanoids.
I wonder if anyone will click on this old story and read this…. or if I will ever check back to see if anyone does…

What’s a mug tree?
Oh man, we’ve all been there…

Wow, what a bunch of crap loot. I love it.
For non-UKites, I give you: Poundland
Nice comic, I assume this tied into the review of Titan Quest?
Oh, how very very relevant.
Ah. Took me a while, but very good. Haven’t seen this one before either
Hahahaha, very funny :D

Great cartoon by the way!
Hahah this is so well-timed, I’m about half-way through my first playthrough of Titan Quest.
The proximity of tampons and superglue disturbs me.
I think I’m a little behind the times, gentlemen. I see the UI and I think…
Diablo?
Very good, it made me laugh.

You have to be from the UK I guess ;p
Pound stores, where everything costs 1 pound or less. eg ‘Pound Stretchers’.
Chaz: Nope, the “protagonist” is wearing Greek/Roman styled armour from Titan Quest, there is no other option here. Also the map is straight from TQ.
And also the insane amounts of useless and anonymous rubbis, straight from TQ :-P
For the US crowd: Think Dollar Store. Same concept.
Or as I like to call them – that place I get sent to yearly to buy balloons for my kid’s birthday.
@ Myros: Poundstretcher isn’t a pound shop. /pedant
