A sweet ass-comedian at a show I Front of House’d for had a good gag where he talked about how the larger the animal, the thicker the milk. Elephants produce cheese from their ginormous teats.

I forgot you could throw dead cows in Medieval 2. I had great fun poisoning everyone on the battlefield, friend and foe alike. Even better was setting everyone on fire with the mangonel, at night.

How can anything so lethal be underwhelming? That’s like calling a Koenigsegg underwhelming because it didn’t have a prancing horse on the bonnet.

I think this comic is clearly referencing the early 90s game Defenders of the Castles and it’s ability “fling dead cow” button. You can tell this by God’s sky writing, as seen in the first panel. That was one of the more advanced features of the game.

Do I fail if I point out that the strip is set in Burgundy, and thus we should be talking about how the French eat dead cows and all live in castles? Well, the Burgundians. They were fairly independant at this point in time.
