The BBC news team’s “Is this the way to E-lec-tion” was better. And by better I mean more horrific. It had Michael Portillo.

  2. Wasn’t this for the GTA: San Andreas review issue?

  3. One of my old faves. Even if the tune has been done to death, I’d still stand up and sing this.

  4. Heliocentric says:

Hitler! Wait, that could be the guy out of ‘on the busses’. I enjoyed san andreas. But i have a weird hate for it i can’t justify.

  5. Matt says:

Damn you! Now I’m singing Amarillo and I doubt very much that it will leave my head any time in the next 12 hours.

  6. Rosti says:

Mad props for including a Darwinian – obviously for their tight links to Pimpin’.

    Also: ace.

  7. Bas says:

SA was waaaaay better than GTA4.

  8. Heliocentric says:

you realise the outcry that the forumites will gush unless gta 4 pc is the highest scoring game ever’!’ but oddly i don’t think it will deserve it. The game has strayed from sand box to set piece. And other games do it better. I hope the god awful flight physics are gone. Flying a helicopter in battlefield or arma feels so natural and reactive. The air vehicles in SA handle like the controlls are made of jelly. I will be buying 2 copies (one for me one for the other half) however probably at release too. If only to have her perform a drive by shooting.

Well, I love musical parodies, but the scansion here needs a little work. Good effort, though, and the pictures are funny (especially the Darwinian).

  10. Mike says:

This is by far my favourite. I cut this one out, in fact.

  12. Haha. Love this comic. It’s great.

  13. Eschatos says:

I thought the flying system in SA was great. One of the best I’ve seen in any video game. WASD + arrows and a few other keys. Nothing wrong with it at all.

  14. sinister agent says:

Missed an opportunity there – Gordon Freeman should be stood there silently instead.

    report

  15. Paul S says:

Every time I hear Amarillo, these are the words I end up singing all day. True story.

    report

  16. Jay says:

Urgh. Saw this SL towards the end of the craze, so when I saw the comic, I just had to scream bloody murder

    report

  17. Number9 says:

Ahahaha well done. Someone should make a machinima of this with the instrumental in the background

    report

  18. Rook says:

I’m so glad I have no idea what this song is.

  19. McChes says:

Why the censorship box in the fifth panel?
