Bring back Strafe Left! I miss it terribly. There’s plenty of space in the mag if you just get rid of that terrible Retro part of the Hardcore section. Who write’s that again?

j/k, but still, bring back Strafe Left!

    report

  5. Noc says:

On the contrary, he’s got an elf up the chimney with an Ubercharge ready.

    report

  6. A-Scale says:

Why did they have to cancel this, my favorite of all canceled comics?

    report

  7. Tony says:

A-Scale: IIRC, it was because of the 20th Century in TF2 terms getting censored and Tim not being happy about it, or something.

    report

  8. MeestaNob! says:

    That’s awesome. Good stuff Tim!

    report

  9. Pags says:

WHY IS RPS SNOWING?! I AM SCARED AND CONFUSED.

Also, this was a good one.

    report

  10. Nick says:

  20. McCool says:

Awww, BLU Team have a picture that they must’ve recieved from RED up above their fireplace. :3
That is, unless BLU spy snuck into the RED base purely to take a photo of their own house…no, the first idea is far more christmas spirity.

McCool- There was a time before all this madness. There was a time of building and creation. How far these basic colors have fallen.

  27. He’ll respawn. If you believe.

    report

  28. Hmm-hmm. says:

A very genuinely meant merry christmas, everyone.

I hope this won’t be the only snow I’ll get to see this winter.. but hey, it’s snow!

    report

  29. Wanna trade places? Seattle was paralyzed by a whopping three inches of snow. We’re bad at this whole “winter” business.

    report

  30. A-Scale says:

Bah humbug. In Detroit we got 7 inches last week, and an additional inch today. Today was the worst though, as the roads were already slick, and even 4×4 vehicles were spinning out of control. I lost control of my car between two others, and nearly hit both of them. Oh, and this evening it rained ICE.

    I like it.

    report

  31. Oh yeah? Seattle’s civil authorities refuse to salt the streets because they’re afraid of effecting the salinity of the Puget Sound. Due to environmental concerns. Despite the fact that there’s literally hundreds of traffic collisions in the span of half a week due to this decision.

Even more ironic is that instead of salt, they’re using sand. Which is both less effective in improving road conditions as well as more troublesome for water contamination concerns in the long run.

Instead of clearing the roads and making it safe to drive, walk, or bike, Seattle’s trying to pack the snow on the road so that it becomes ice. Delicious, slippery, road-hazardous ice.

As I said, we’re not good at this winter thing.

Even worse, I hate to think of what this Puget Sound weather tomfoolery is doing to Valve’s progress on the new year’s upcoming TF2 update! Unless Gabe Newell supplies all of his employees with jetpacks, I’d think they’re having a hard time of it as well.

    report

  32. A-Scale says:

Detroit may be dying, but at least we can salt our streets.

    report

  33. Tei says:

If you play XMax videos backward, you can watch this red dude (Santa) stealing gifs from childrens and escaping that way.

    report

  34. Nick says:

It’s not longer running in PCGUK (*cries*) so no need to subscribe just for the joyfulness that is Strafe Left. It’s a heck of a lot better than PCGUS in general anyway though ¬_¬

    report

  35. Seniath says:

    Go go WordPress Snow!

    Also, merry christmas everyone :).

    report

  36. Pod says:

    Loving the snow.

But Pentadact’s one is better!!11 It sticks to the screen. and everyone knows it’s not realy snow unless it “sticks”.

    report

  37. kororas says:

  41. Psychopomp says:

    Y’know, I live in Texas.
I never get to see snow.
    Thank you, RPS.

Note:It should be known that having this RPS running in the background while NOT mining in Eve led to a 10 frame drop in my FPS; yet, I can run Far Cry 2 maxed out…

    report

  42. egg says:

    @Psychopomp

Oh yeah? I live in Brazil.
    …..

    ..

    :(

Oh, and do bring SL back.

    report

  43. Cigol says:

RPS one of the few websites (I frequent) to have tacky Christmassy effects this year. Love it! Great Strafe Left to go with it as well.

    report

  44. MattB says:

First Pentadact, now here. All of this snow is killing my web browsing abilities.

    report

  45. vinraith says:

Whatever happened to running Strafe Left on a weekly basis? I was enjoying that, but it seems to have stopped after this one.

    report

  46. Broslovski says:
