It's what they would have wanted.

This is a short, cute cartoon, gently spoofing the idiosyncrasies of Left 4 Dead. It’ll let you know who’s most likely to be turned zombie in an apocalypse, who might survive, and other useful tips. It’s by =Golden-Silver (Stefan Martello), on his Deviant Art page, and worth a glance. Thanks to Yngvild for the tip-off.

I’m reminded of fallout and the pipboy advice reels.

    Very good.

I just bought Left 4 Dead in the Steam sale, so this came at a good time for me. (Although I played the demo and read a lot so I would have got it anyway, but still.)

Still nothing about repopulation of the earth?

  7. Daedren says:

Great find. L4D is a good apocalypse training tool. Just need to find some 45’s that have infinite ammo and I’m set.

  8. hydra9 says:

Hehe. Pretty cool. Except for the last point – The Infected have their own way of opening doors.

  9. James Tao says:

The repopulation of the Earth involves Christopher Eccleston, his army unit and an abandoned old mansion. I assume that campaign will be released later.

Looks like I have to be a prick if I ever want a chance to not be infected.

Fuck you guys, I’m going to go drink with the frat boyz

assuming you are a gamer, you could simply transition to also being a “chick”.

  12. Logo says:

I didn’t understand the part about the melee weapons. L4D taught me that all I need is 3 things to swing around and to just constantly swing one, the other, then the third and then back to the first. I’ll never get tired, will swing things 3x as fast, and be an unstoppable whirling dervish of destruction.

It has a bunch of L4D themed comics! I first saw this particular comic on this thread.

It doesn’t mention that you have to be unique, with exception of clones hiding in closets.
