Very Rare: Super Meat Boy Teaser

Edmund McMillen is a very special person. RPS has been following his forays into gaming disturbia for the last year, so it’s with positive expectations that we great the gradual release of information about Super Meat Boy. The sequel to last year’s Meat Boy is planned for release on PC and Wiiware at the end of 2009, and today the first teaser has appeared. And it’s… it’s of the McMillan oeuvre. No game footage yet, but certainly something worth a watch. It’s below.

    Plants respond, albeit it slowly, to outside trauma, just as vegans precious cute furry animals do.

    Get over it bitches (I say this as lovingly as possible) you have to destroy and consume other organisms to survive. Making a distinction because one is cute and has a little furry nose and tail, and one is “just” a growing stalk of tissue strikes me as dishonest. You don’t want to eat meat, fine, thats cool man. Don’t try and pretend its due to some superior level of moral development.

    If the thoughts of a soul have anything to do with your decision, place your head in a car door, and close repeatedly.
