Rob Hale pointed out this – er – unique version of Tetris which Boing Boing found. He challenged me to complete a line. Playing it, you swiftly realise… no, I don’t think I’m going to do that, Rob. But an alternate approach occurs to me – I wonder if I can actually fail. And I can. I win!

Of course, this seems like set up for a challenge for people who are dodging work. How quickly can you fail? I did it in 11.01. Who’s best at being bad? Is it you? Are you the worst?

I manfully resist a Walker-baiting gag. Go!

    5.15, which I was pretty proud of till I saw Rob’s most recent 3 minute effort.

    @Goose: Sweet.

    @ Biff…. you properly fucked my afternoon, and of a couple of my coworkers too… for a RPG that plays itself, Progress Quest is surprisingly time consuming. And for some reason, that put back in my head the idea of trying Dwarf Fortress for the umpteenth time… like that is going to help my productivity.

    BTW, I guess you already have, but if you haven’t, you should try the Linear RPG it’s totally worth it!

    Ok, i have been at it for 5 minutes or so now and i really want to see what happens if you do nothing but hold the space bar for 24 hours. If it is allowed to be completely random what will it look like?

  7. Axton says:

    Random Fail:
    The culmination of tetoris running overnight plus a couple of hours holding the spacebar. http://www.flickr.com/photos/22999925@N06/3351152125/

    …god damn it Goose
