I certainly not the first to say that if the client was free, i’d happily pay a 3-6 month sub, and give this game a whirl. As it is, a free week just isn’t enough bait.

I remember entering the checkout with a life time subscription box for lotro, £200. That would be a worth while prize, but a prize as an invitation to pay a monthly fee is worth nothing.

They just had a free week for old accounts as a promotion for Mirkwood. It’s a great game that’s obviously improved over the last few years.

It’s surely a solo experience though, especially when levelling.
