Do you remember pro-animator James Benson’s dancing Team Fortress 2 characters? Of course you do. You commit everything RPS publishes to memory and, if your feeble mind fails, tattoo it onto your body. Anyway, you may remember they were all work in progress. James has finally finished the whole thing, which can be viewed below…
Though he urges and begs you to watch it full screen on max HD resolution. And I’ll add that it’s worth watching several times, just because there’s so much detail on there. Hurrah!

According to “abusedduck” on Kotaku, the Pyro is doing Beyonce’s “All The Single Ladies” dance.
What does the Soldier do though? Does that have a name, or is it just a mix of some military parade moves?

If you frame by frame it, not only does the spy pop up, but the scout points him out, and the soldier is just starting to turn around as it cuts to the group shot.
Apparently team boundaries run deeper than dance squabbles.

I actually hold a bunch of Chinese teenagers in the basement, whom I have memorize RPS posts verbatim. If I tattooed it on my body, I’d need a mirror to look things up, which is just unreasonably complicated.

Still not sure (as I wasn’t when the WIP videos appeared) about the fact that the characters seemingly have no bones, and instead are made of some kind of jelly.
Not to say it isn’t an impressive achievement of course, but still.
