I thought my language settings has changed xD
report
Because when you change your language prefs it also effects all online blogsites..
report
report
report
Slazem se, Francuski zvuci totalno glupo !

A, nemoj da me jebeš!:D Pa šta vi momci radite ovdje? Ajmo brzu na pivu!;D

Would anyone care to provide a translation in English? Some of us don’t speak (or read) the tongue of the noble race of cheese eaters.
report
Um.
report
I think the rest explains itself.
report
Winner of today’s internet, puffin progeny’s translation is spot on.
report
We are noble, but we don’t always eat cheese… :D

I’ve been to that cell he keeps his lemonade in. It’s very nice, and has a great view.
report
Zut alors!
report
This is the first Amalur gameplay video I have watched , having been utterly put off by the presence of an evil triumvirate like McFarlane, Salvatore and EA.
Trouble is, I really like the look of the combat – it reminds me a lot of Fable 2′s approach and I loved that game. I will now sit and brood on this, praying that the game turns out to be poo and I can rest my troubled conscience.
report
Why is Salvatore evil? I mean, okay, he is a mediocre utterly generic fantasy writer whom I did enjoy when I was 15, but evil? Also, McFarlane?
report
Putin mon baguette!
Or something like that.
I do like the combat. Going Hybrid: Dagger/Spellcaster here.
report
French grammar police officer is here:
MA baguette, mot féminin.
report
Sacré bleu!
…sorry.

report
Wow, the combat looks better than ANY other RPG! Even Dragon Age or The Witcher 2. Let’s hope it plays as well as it looks. I hope it’s not about mindlessy clicking.
report
Witcher 2 = best combat.
If it can top that. Sign me in…
Oh wait, I have signed in allready ;)
report
Klaatu Berada Nickto.
report
Ah, the ludicrously large sword game. Probably the trademark of Big Huge Games.
The actual gameplay looks a bit too actiony for me, but I am interested in how a “real” writer (even though not the best of the best) compares as a video game writer to the normal ones.
report
The only positive thing I would say about Salvatore’s involvement in this is that his particular brand of clunky, cliche-heavy drivel probably works quite well in the generally (emphasis on generally!) less sophisticated realm of action RPG video game writing.
Nobody hit me.
report
I think Salvatore’s writing is fun and all when you’re a teenager and have yet to read enough of his books to realise how predictable and plodding they are, never yielding anything unexpected or terribly daring. It’s not like he’s a bad writer, but his formula seems like it’s essentially been unchanged since he wrote the Icewind Dale trilogy. His prose is pretty decent compared to some authors I’ve read.
report
vay anasını sayın seyirciler.
report
I’ve been reading 1 article a day in french to try and improve my french stat, I think this is too short to count though.
report
It’s also too Frenglish to count.
report
I can’t blame your french considering all the broken english I am bringing here. BTW do it more often, it’s highly enjoyable ^^
That being said I am actually excited by this. Is that me or is that the first MMO with exciting combat ?
report
It’s a single player game. Yeah, it caught me off guard too, after an evening of watching WoW videos.
EDIT: Apparently, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is the single player game. Kingdoms of Amalur is the setting for the MMO, which is currently named Project Copernicus. I am now satisfactorily confused.
report
report
This reminds me that we need a French RPS… We seriously lack a good pc website/blog. Canardpc is the only decent one I know of.
report
Yeah, CPC is a very good publication, the only one worth a read in french for me.
report
Ahhhh, Gros Jeux Enormes!
report
Looks interesting and fast :)
report
My German is a bit rusty. Does that mean,
“For a moment I thought I had made a typo, but everything is okay.”
…?
report
That is indeed correct.
report
Correct.
report
Thanks. :)
I thought I had mistranslated because it seemed an odd statement to start a comment with.
report
Jestem wiedźminem, zabójcą potworów!
(Yep, I really enjoyed playing The Witcher with Polish voices…)
report
It looks like a derp button-mashing console game with low budget animations and generic korean MMO visuals. Ken Rolston? Todd McFarlane? RA Salvatore? I can’t believe these guys are really working on this shit.

I’d listen to her describe the process of assembling a vacuum cleaner from component parts let alone describe a video game. *dreamy sigh*

Ich habe meine photoapparat kaputgemacht!
(This is the only foreign language phrase that I can instantly retrieve. It means “I have my lightapparatus brokenmade”)
(Also: I laughed quite a lot at “Wow, even pour moi mangling française so horriblement est tres difficile.”)
report
It’s amazing how they can make it sound like they’re doing something new from WoW with a good narrator aint it?
report
Die rekenaar speletjie lyk ongelooflik, as jy my vra.
report
South African?
report
Yup.

So i came here to post about the ridiculous amount of Bloom but it would seem i stumbled and fell into a Rosetta Stone dimension, carry on!

As a French student reading this was rather cringe worthy haha.
