As well as games and controllers with glowing blue bits and touchscreens on them, the world contains people. The vast majority of those people read RPS and, it would appear, so do you! That means you all have something in common, so why not meet up at The Blue Posts if you are in London or the vicinity? Folk will be gathering there this Saturday, from 6PM until midnight. Head to the forums to plan and post-mortem the experience. The London folks are very organised and have a full list of dates for meet-ups, which is below. Think last Saturday of every month and you won’t go far wrong. Being Mancunian, I’m much less organised, but I’ll sort something soon.
These are the dates for the London Social Club meetings throughout the year.

I shall have to oil my redoubtable velocipede and brave the ruffians of Old London Town for one of these events.

Misread as velociraptor. Quite the striking image!
22/02/2013 at 17:39 Lord Custard Smingleigh says:
I only ride the velociraptor on Palm Sunday.

Who cares man… *runs away crying*

We should have meet ups elsewhere as well! I’d drink a pint with some other RPS-ers even over here in the United States.

The Colonies have the Internet too? Truly it is a small world. I’ve heard of places like “Nashville” and “Ponca City”, but I had no idea they had such modern amenities.

Then you must not have heard of that modern day Da Vinci, Florida Man – https://twitter.com/_FloridaMan

By Grabthar’s Hammer, what a mess.
22/02/2013 at 06:48 myelbow says:
This is bullshit because we all know that Al Gore invented the internet back in the seventies right here in the good ol’ US of A. And don’t forget how he clued us in to the whole global warming thing shortly after he pointed out the whole internet inventing thing. The man is a jack of all trades, master of dumb.

Hm, do we have a mass of criticals in a locale such as San Francisco?
22/02/2013 at 01:22 domogrue says:
PERHAPS.

Or perhaps in the colonial outpost of Toronto? Anyone here’bouts?
22/02/2013 at 05:02 cjlr says:
I tried to flog Toronto a couple times and never got a bite. There’s a thread in the forum, if you’re so inclined…
22/02/2013 at 05:07 cjlr says:
Here, this is the last attempt.
21/02/2013 at 19:04 Greggh says:
I so envy you people who get to chat about games in a pub, drinking beer and gobbling snacks wth fellow RPS-fellows…
21/02/2013 at 20:28 Meat Circus says:
I shall be coming dressed as Nyarlathotep The Crawling Chaos.
21/02/2013 at 20:50 Inglourious Badger says:
Japes and jaunts, yes, but will there be capering and misadventures?
22/02/2013 at 00:05 Lord Custard Smingleigh says:
Aplenty, I hear.
22/02/2013 at 00:27 McCool says:
Again, RPS keeps up the hallowed tradition of only ever bloody having these things on the one Saturday of the month I’m actually doing something. I’ll surely make some cursory appearance though. That function room isn’t going to fill itself.
