Is this motherboard right for me?

So I have a cpu socket 775 intel q6600 processor and a ATI Radeon 4800 graphics card.

Obviously I'm an intense game player and this seems to suit my needs and is compatable with my parts but I thought it'd be wise to check if there is something much better out there or if this board has any major problems I don't know of.

The only particular thing I can think of that may be a problem is that it only has two DIMM slots, and probably won't have a lot of options for overclocking if that's a consideration. It also doesn't have USB3 or SATAIII ports, but that isn't going to be an issue with your current hardware (you'd have to upgrade to an LGA1155 or AM3+ board & CPU to get those anyway).
