Shameless plug for myself? Perhaps. After almost a decade dealing with only the OFP/ArmA series (films), I made the decision to do something a bit different.

In 1080p - Took it upon myself to film my own Skyrim trailer utilizing the console commands in the PC version. It seems a bit laggy at certain points, that is likely YT and their inability to stream HD/H.264 at a decent rate. Unless of course you're paying for it. Otherwise, I think it turned out quite well. Though there is certainly room for improvement.

Nice job! The music is superb, is that from the game? The first dragon I killed, I switched to third person cam as the soul absorption occurred, and I swear to god my char did this Highlander quickening gesture - wish to hell I could have video capped it for something like this.

Also welcome to RPS forums シ

Nice one, good video! Only improvement I'd suggest is more bear.

Pretty good trailer man, nice work (especially considering the game's only been out a few days). If you want some constructive criticiscm, and this is purely my own opinon, I think the music is a bit too intense and seems almost out of place considering the majority of shots are slow pans of the gamne world. It would have worked really well if, when the music kicks in at 1:22, you ramped up the action and got more and more intense until the end.

If you want an example of what I mean, this is a trailer I did for an old game that follows a similar format...

But again, this is just a suggestion. Definitely going to check out those ARMA vids.

this is a trailer I did for an old game ..

Sigh.. Oni, so ahead of its time, and no one has done a game like it since. Superb guns and physical combat, great story, settings and just the right amount of cinematographic control to make it all seem fluid.

Yeah, I loved the game when it first came out. Replayed it recently to make that video and it still holds up really well. The only thing coming soon that uses a combat system that might be able to match it is Overgrowth which looks pretty good ...just having trouble coming to terms with playing the game as a frickin bunny rabbit.

I was hoping Wet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wet_%28video_game%29) would make it to PC, but alas no - that also looked like it had the potential to fill in that guns + complex melee system combined with parkour physics etc.
