I did ask in the steam thread, but didn't get a reply. Anyway does anyone know if my pc will be ok for running Saints Row 3?

Windows XP (yeah I know "get with the times" etc etc)
Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz
4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
MSI P67A-GD53
512MB ATI Radeon HD 5670 (1024x768 res)

I miss the days when companies put out demo's lol

Minimum requirements:
OS: Windows XP
Processor: 2GHz Dual Core Processor (Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon X2) or higher
Memory: 2GB System RAM or more
Graphics: 320MB Video RAM GPU w/ Shader Model 3.0 support. NVIDIA GeForce 8800 series or better. ATI Radeon HD3800 series or better
DirectX: 9.0c
Hard Drive: 10GB
Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0C compliant sound card or equivalent onboard sound
Co-Op Play:NVIDIA GeForce 8800 cards require 640MB of Video RAM. ATI Radeon HD3800 cards require 1GB of Video RAM

I'm pretty sure it'll run fine.

Your graphics card is probably right on the border for it, so you may wish to upgrade in the near future to get better performance, but you should - in theory - be able to run it.
