RPS contact email account not working

I just tried to email in a tip to contact@rockpapershotgun.com as per the link on the about us page, but I get the following error:


Hi. This is the qmail-send program at pop3.positive-internet.com (http://pop3.positive-internet.com/).
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I would email them to let them know but... yeah, catch 22. So I'm posting this in the hope that either they'll read it or at least someone will be able to let them know that their email isn't working.

I have a feeling they had their survey thing set to deliver results via e-mail, given that they closed that after a day... this site must be hugely popular now...

I've temporarily more than doubled that account's quota, you should be able to email them now.
