Why does it have to be one or the other? I say create a game by orphans out of orphans!
No, scrap that, I say he creates a way for orphans to create a game then reuse them as the base material for the game they just created!

The Kickstarter funding is for a new adventure game, not for the Psychonauts sequel proposed by Notch. It was just unfortunate timing that he started that discussion right before they launched the Kickstarter project.
