Post Limit?

I recently posted a reply to a thread and was informed that it would not be visible until a moderator approves it. Can someone point me to info on how this works? I am a stupid man who searched the forum and rules but couldn't find any info. Is it because I haven't posted enough or do I have really bad breath?

This is probably an overzealous SPAM filter in action. It was doing that a few weeks ago, too. I think the mods are trying to strike a balance, but it remains elusive.
