Thanks again to all who showed up. We are still trying to get a feel for the missions available to us. We'll try our very best to sort this out in the coming weeks.

Thanks Nim for setting this up. You have a much better memory of the missions we played than I do.
Anyway I want to say thanks to everyone who came out to play. I believe we had 9 people show, although we had only 8 concurrent players at our peak.
Midnight Riders (7 player version): Where we did some cool spec ops stuff. Like shoot men in the dark and crash Blackhawks. I selflessly volunteered myself as pilot and took the 6 of us to a hill behind the villa in a Little Bird. After we landed Jabroodie, kinda sorta, led us up and through the vila's backyard and into the villa. Whereupon we shot men with our guns, although tragically Nim (IIRC) and myself were ambushed by a man on a balcony.
*Intermission* Where I ran back to pick up the 'ittle Bird and the other guys managed to break some hijacked trucks.
Returning to the base we loaded up on launchers, and traded our Little Bird for a Blackhawk in preparation for the convoy ambush. I flew our team to the LZ and managed to wreck the chopper, but did it without killing anyone! Now without are guns in the air I loaded my M32 and we approached the ambush site with a steely resolve to blow stuff up.
The convoy arrives! Whereupon we promptly blew up half of it with various AT4s, grenade launchers, and gunfire. The tail of the convoy was a little trouble but we also killed them in short order.
BAF Fire Patrol IIRC this mission started out with a bang as we blew up a technical with a well placed satchel charge, and then shot some men in the woods.
BAF Residental Section:
What started out as a serious mission became GTA in Zargabad, 20-25 minutes in. It was great fun. Also, ConcreteOtter shot a poor defenseless women.
Escape Chernarus (not the ARPS version): We never managed to leave our jail, and I believe we tried it 3 times?
Spetsnaz Air: Our small team of CDF troops were tasked with ambushing a Russian Spetsnaz officer. Our first objective, to meet with a rebel, ended in tragedy. As we walked through the woods to the meeting place I believe ConcreteOtter said something to this effect "We might want to watch out for an ambush" 10 seconds later all 7 of us lay dead or wounded.
I might be back to write about some of the other missions later.
I would like to mention that with our player count apparently rising (and hopefully continuing to do so) it may be a good idea to change how we do voice comms. Having everyone in one channel can get confusing as we spread out in a map. However I would like to perserve some of the informality we currently have. My current idea is to split channels but have everyone create a whisper list similar to CC. In this way we would have a "local" mumble chat and a "global" mumble chat. Without having to route communications through any single person.
Also, here our some really useful add ons I've bee using.
Spirited Machine (http://www.spiritedmachine.com/software_gaming.html): an Arma 2 Launcher that makes using mods super easy.
CBA (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=6231): A mod that makes these other mods possible
ShackTac Fireteam HUD (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=9936): A great little addon which gives you awesome awareness of your squad.
ShackTac Movement (http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?109628-ShackTac-Movement-addons): This addon reduces player collision when inside buildings. No more frustration because you're too fat to enter a doorway or round a corner!

I wouldn't mind doing that german mission again. I just cannot remember what it was called.

I got in during the BAF residential Section. I saw no enemies, so in boredom, I shot some civilians. I shed a single tear for them later that night. Then I found a sweet Taxi, ran some more civies over and laughed because my car was ridiculous looking.
In Operation Outrigger we were tasked with saving some fleeing UN soldiers (I think that was the one). Except when we got to the point where we met resistance from the pursuers, all the UN guys were dead. Maybe they should rethink the blue helmets in a very tan world.
In Spetnaz air we were tasked with blowing up a ruskie officer's helicopter as it took off from the airfield. As we were going to meet some guerrila's to get some AA, we were tragically put down by and ironically timed ambush. We tried again and did relatively better. Then we got to a town and got murdered.
Escape Chenarus went terribly each time we did it. The poorly designed jail allowed the guards to shoot our feet to death.
We also did another one which I forgot what it was called. We had to escort a tank through a valley and take out Mulladost. I got a sniper and shot many a face. But as we entered Mulladost, we kinda lost it and got ripped apart by about 50 baddies. I hijacked a truck and drove in to save someone (forgot who), then I sped down into a group of enemies, ran over one then hit a tree and couldn't back up. Quite the anti-climatic end for me.
