Paypal changes

I for one use paypal for almost all online purchasers as do others... I've skimmed the changes but there seems to be a huge number of changes in there that will affect how games are bought and paid for - not least by the fact you must be 18 to have an account (presuming you didn't before)

You already had to be 18, although it was easy enough for under-18s to use a debit card through Paypal. I can't honestly be bothered reading all that as I try to use other payment methods when available after reading stories of people having their Steam accounts banned over problems with Paypal. Most of what I did read seemed to apply to sellers more than buyers.
