My apologies for the inconvenience, but it seems I managed to "break" a forum thread :-?
I posted a few a days ago in the "Promote your game project" section ; the post did get approved, and appeared on the board very quickly. So far so good.
At a later stage, I tried to edit the post to add some new informations about the project ; unfortunately, it seems the thread is now "empty", without possibility of editing :
If you have the opportunity to have a look, I would be very grateful if you could let me know if I have done something wrong with the topic.
My name is Wai Yen Tang and I am a graduate student at the Ohio State University's School of Communication. I am conducting videogame research on harassment among gamers with Dr. Jesse Fox. She and I request your help in posting an online survey among your users.
The information provided by your users would help us determine what beliefs and attitudes that influence their harassing behaviors. We are hoping to learn more about the frequency and nature of harassment within gaming communities.
I am happy to share the methodology and theoretical reasoning behind the study. Also, if you wish, we will share the results with you at the conclusion of the study.
Thank you for taking the time to consider distributing our survey link. We hope that the results of this study will benefit the gaming community as a whole.
