For those outside the US that (understandably) have a hard time keeping track of our made-up shopping holidays, Black Friday is actually next Friday (the 23rd). So yeah confirmed. I believe the GamersGate version of the game looks directly at your GG account to see what DLC you have.
Since it's DRM free, the gamersgate version just enables the DLC which is present in the game's directory. It's the steam version which requires linking between what you have registered to your account and what's present in the directory. That's the reason you can't just plonk the DLC in your steam game folder, and it's because of an additional restriction on the steam version. A minor quibble perhaps, but i think it's an important point.Quote:
