Weird, last time the "King's Edition" was on sale as well, that one included the addon as well as Anno 1503.
Maybe this is just a mistake by my bank or something, but I bought Dishonored on gamefly yesterday and no money has been removed from my account, so I basically got it for free.

I doubt it - basically, it looks for a billing address on your account which is in the US (and a proper address). You can get a legit address from somewhere like Borderlinx if you want to be completely 'honest' about it - but otherwise all you do isQuote:

Without wishing to alarm people, after using Gamefly for the first time a few days ago to buy Skyrim, I was contacted by my bank about suspicious transactions. Amounts were debited to "President Obama" and "Facebook.com". I immediately cancelled the card.
I hadn't used my card at any other "new" places, so I am immediately suspicious of Gamefly .. although I have no evidence.
I knew that Obama fella was shifty,
