It's less about micromanagement and more about accepting that, and planning for the fact that, you're going to lose and have to retake things. That's 100% historical by the way, it's why Phillip was running around Greece tearing down all the city walls. It wasn't "I need to be able to defend this" it was "I need to be able to retake this when it gets captured/rebels/whatever." Is there any way to get an RSS feed of this PC Bargains thread? The forum FAQ implies that it might be possible, but I haven't figured out any way to do it.
You can subscribe and get emailed about updates - click on "Thread Tools" at the top, then "Subscribe to this thread", and change the notification type.
vBulletin, the forum software, doesn't allow RSS for single threads. You can subscribe via email like ColOfNature says.

Anyone know a place to get Far Cry 3 cheaper than $50 in the US? Get Games Go and Green Man both don't offer it US buyers for some reason.

Warlock is very good for that price. Buyers should consider the Elf DLC, that is good quality and reasonably priced. Powerful Lords and Power of the Serpent are overpriced. I haven't played the others.
