BUT.
The story seemed like it was written by a five year old. I know it's an ARPG but COME ON - 'oh uncle Deckard!'. And most importantly the itemisation and difficulty spike at inferno completely destroyed any longevity of the game. The itemisation made it hard to get nice stuff for your class, made legendaries mostly rubbish and blues with high dps amazing but boring. Inferno made only very select classes and skills viable, effectively ruining the rune system that was so fun to level with. Not sure how the game is now, though I believe it's received much (needed) attention.
So whilst I definitely enjoyed it, I'm also quite dissapointed. But then I am British. :p
