I'd say no.
It depends on whether you enjoy Oblivion in the first place. Mod it as much as you like and it'll still be the same game, which is a little different to the way FFH totally transforms...

Oblivion needs mods. It's more of a toolkit than a game. As others have said, it's bland. Its unique strength is the degree of customisation you can have. Mechanics (for example the levelling system)...
