Fallout 4 has performance issues even with people running SLI 980s.
The problem is shadow distance (which uses the CPU instead of the GPU to calculate and draw the shadows in which doesn't make...

Actually I'm pretty sure 8 gigs has been the standard and 4 being the minimum. In fact if you look at recent releases 8gigs is the recommended.
Care to name any recent games that require 16 gigs...

System Requirements are pretty high not to mention the 16gigs of System Ram required under the recommended. Yes you read that right....16GIGS of system RAM.
