6850 is faster than gtx460/460se. Overclocked could match 6870/gtx560, awesome card. Also those prices are rip-off, you should search for another dealer.

Theoretically, should work without problems. Before upgrade update bios with newest available. t9400 has a somewhat higher TDP, so I'm not sure whether the existing cooling could be enough for it....
