That's happened to me twice - it's spooky. Turrets still target you, so I amused myself standing in front of one drawing fire until we lost and the team kicked me. :(

My standard weapon with any class right now is the Saber with the piercing mod at level 3 or so - it embarrasses Guardians, which is fun. In terms of punching through cover, it has to be thin - like,...
