I somehow got caught up in Minecraft again. I was just going to check how 1.8 ran on my server and now I've spent four days clearing out a water temple of elder guardians (and sponges) and started to...

yeah, looks rather flinty to me too.
Is flint rare in the UK? (I vaguely remember something about it being much more common in Scandinavia, but I'm not sure if that's correct).
heh, I'm not too clear on things, but I gather that until very recently IGP was PGI's publisher (PGI has apparently rid itself of IGP sometime in the last week).
But I've been reading some things...
I read something on the MW:T forum yesterday that sounded like IGP, not PGI, is making all decisions about the game.
That's about all I know about it, though.

If you take their word for what happened, yes. It's possible you can, but I'm not seeing any reason to particularly trust their version of events over other people's. At this point, it's all little...

Probably should read this too, by Chloi:
I would think so too, but I haven't really had a chance to observe what happens when there isn't some card related event.
With bundled games there's definitely a price drop (always best to wait a...
I do remember being surprised by some of the Universal Soldier sequels (aside from the surprise that that movie got any sequels at all). I can't remember which, though.

For me the desktop is just a workspace. I see the whole of it for maybe a few seconds when I've just booted and just before I shut it down. Otherwise I don't, so there's not much point in making it...

Another one for the 'Somini critiquing people's software choices' thread...
The just black is kind of a habit I got into on my first PC, I think (every byte of RAM was precious), but when I've...

I had the same problem and I'm not sure why either. Seems like it should have been pretty perfect.
I've spent far more time listening to the soundtrack than playing the game.
I have it on my list to play next, after I'm done with HR. I tried it when it came out and was unimpressed, but I think it also ran very poorly on the system I had then. Haven't looked at it since,...

yeah, I keep it installed. It's very nice to relax with sometimes (which doesn't mean playing it to slow music).
I'm sort of still on Deus Ex: HR. I was doing a Pacifist run, or I thought I was...

ah, I thought that would be it, but the game seems overly sensitive to input on my system, so maybe that's the reason I couldn't figure it out (a lot of things behave as if I double-click or -tap....

I did wonder, but it just seemed like a fixed outcome because the person didn't even seem to be there at all, just the voice.
Are you allowed to kill robots and turrets on a non-lethal run?

Finished Deus Ex: HR (~37 hours). First thought is that I wonder which ideas they had to drop. It feels like it was intended to be have more areas and other things.
Second thought is that the story...

Well, for the first time ever, Windows Event Viewer was useful; I could see that the last thing that happened right before the reboots was that a service related to my Lexmark AIO driver was trying...

Well, great. When I enter the train to Tai Yong Medical (Deus Ex: HR), my computer reboots... Never seen that before, and the game itself has been running very smoothly until now too.

I took a wee break at that point too. That was well over a year ago...
I think I got pissed off that the librarians didn't react how I had been told they would. They just killed me and then the...

15 hours of Deus Ex: HR (I did start over, but I think that only accounts for maybe an hour). It is growing on me, although I can't help feeling that Detroit feels oddly lifeless compared to New York...
The Pinball FX2 tables are also discounted on Steam right now. 33-75%

It looks like I bought the game and the two DLCs and then Missing Link a good while later (I don't have the extra stuff either).
That was in 2012. I really need to stop buying stuff I'm not going...

Thanks. Looks like the sniper rifle can be found elsewhere, at least.
Also, it's clearly not the Augmented Edition I have (way too expensive).

hmm. Maybe that's what I got. I can't remember anymore.
oh, right. But I imagine I would have to start over then.
Do you get those items later on? Not that they seem overly useful, really....
