Does Desperados have any connection to the Commandos games? Those maps remind me a ton of Commandos!
And yes, it does sound a bit less than ideal on Steam. I just think Valve are super quick to...
Am I to understand that Steam is selling a game that does not work properly unless you sort it out yourself?
Good grief, they're some lazy bastards.

Because with the Gamersgate version it was a lot easier for me to control what version of the game I was running.
I didn't have to muck around with Steams shitty way of updating (and the 'Don't...

I suppose it was a matter of time.
If only they've made it so that the Workshop wasn't complete shite compared to a proper mod managed though. I might have paid for that. :/
If only you were right. And you may well be in your particular case but let me assure you, there is a lot of room for problems in that model and quite a few problems arise from family members sharing...
I was indeed misreading you. But that does require several consoles and juggling accounts. And if you do it with a mate for instance, it's breaching ToS and will possible lead to bad results should...
It shouldn't be possible to game share quite like that on the PS4. At least not in Europe. A game from a secondary account is not available to the primary account. It may well be different in the US...

Steam is getting less and less cool.
RoF looks good!
Also, the map looks so familiar. Not specifically, of course, but that European country side with fields and small towns and villages. Reminds me of home in a way that Georgia in...

Oh, didn't mean to imply FG was the scam, just that some used it for scams, given its open source nature.

Hang on. Isn't Flight Gear the one that sometimes gets taken and used in various shitty scams? Or am I thinking of something else? In any case, I could swear that's the case so a word of caution...
Ah, that makes sense.
I guess I'm just used to loading up with just JDAMs if that's what I'm going out to test. Or Paweways or what have you.

I've not really messed with the HARS system yet but it's on my todo list. I'm currently not feeling sure enough about myself when using EGI so I want that nailed down before messing with HARS.
Is that a maple leaf on the side, near the pitot tube?
Also JDAM and a Mk 82 at the same time?

Or at high altitude.
That's my most common mistake, actually. I've learned to not deviate from my checklist and not to skim read it. Always do all the items on it. Even if it seems tedious.

I'd love for a place on these forums where I could come with all the assorted questions that always pop up when I'm trying to learn the A-10C.
A guy called Bunyap Sims has a series...

Regarding DCS there are some good video tutorials on Youtube that could be listed as well. I know that some of them have helped me a great deal with some of the more esoteric stuff when it comes to...

A bit of a shame they caved to those idiots.
Also, speaking of atrocious. The comments on PCG are fucking atrocious.
I see Super Cruise as an annoying in between. In DCS A-10c when I have a long flight to get to the IP or whatever I can enable the auto pilot but I still need to monitor flight. But it allows me to...
Good grief, even in that set of clothes, with a bear, he looks like the blandest person ever.
I also didn't know it had first person driving. My interest went marginally up.

I agree and I think I put my thought on paper in a bad way. I think the consumer has a "duty" to get a product they want at a price they are willing to pay and not a bit more.
If someone says...

What's a reasonable price though? And for what size of game. I had a chat with one of the devs over on the Norb Soft forums and based on that, the amount of work, both research and the actual map...

Which is why I picked it up on a sale. But on the flipside, I bought Scourge of War a year or so ago after hemming and hawing and going back and forth about the price for six months. I finally caved...
Turns out it was Adblock that was removing the search function.
Is it possible it was cut when PC Gamer did their awful site overhaul?
I was just there and god damn, it's as bad as ever. I can't even find a search function.
