I probably won't be able to attend for the next few weeks.
Have fun with the last years of this campaign, and I hope to see you in whatever next one is organised.
IIRC nothing really happened in Tibet. It was an abbreviated session, we only covered about 7 years of game time.
I'll probably be there.
I've had a couple of single player CTDs with the newest patch, but that could just be bad luck. If we encounter serious issues we can always roll-back and restart the session.

Game's like Civ5 and Paradox grand strategy give you room to aim towards a particular goal, or role-play in a particular style. That is personally what I prefer in a strategy game.
In HoI though the allies-axis confrontation is pretty nailed down with little opportunity for major diplomatic maneuvering without the game becoming totally unbalanced, while in March of the Eagles...
Do you have March of the Eagles? It sounds perfect for that.

I won't be present this week.

Corrected, it was Liguria just east of Nice. It is where the short Aragon-x-Bohemia+Poland war had its big showdown.

The most deadly provinces, those in which the most fighting-men have met their end, so-far have been Brandenburg and Liguria with around 190,000 each.
The next most bloody have been Tonkawa and...

Technical Difficulties is a good description of today's session.

I will happily give my random central African province to Ser Hoc in whichever session he is next at. If anyone else has some random Polish presence tell me.
I will certainly accept...

I don't know, but at least it should be more exciting than just blanket building.

I'm sure you're nice and cozy in Spain ;).
Unfortunately, I have 1.8 rebellions spawning on top of 1.7 rebels, after a year from the save I had 1.3 million rebels.
(If people want to help with...

I would prefer if we just stuck to 1.7 in this game, avoiding the current issues in 1.8.1 and workarounds needed for the conversion.
We should start a cocurrent fresh game of 1.8.

For those of us without CoP, could someone post a current 1.8 New World map screenshot?

There is still the hope that Paradox fixes those particular issues within the extra week.
They are likely aware of them, but they are facing a lot of issues to work through and it will take time.

Does it fix the tech issue?
30-10-2014, 07:15 PM
I will be ~10 minutes late.

It is somewhat a pity that the game will be over in the next couple hundred years, looking at the map I noticed that your nation would be the oil superpower of the 20th century.
