Yep, just finished the level and enemies killing each other with friendly fire counted as me killing someone. Drats.

It's turned off by default in Windows. The keyboard shortcut to turn it on is ALT + F4. That should activate the accelerometer built into all optical mice, too.

Okay, looks like you can only do that when you start a new game, so you can't rename new crew members you acquire.
