Well that's highly disturbing, I guess the saron is now mostly wasted SC/certs for people (including me). The halberd does what it used to at a far cheaper price already.

By the looks of things, my guess is that everything that cost 1000c now costs 700c.
May be other changes too.
On the medic thing, accepting a res from a new medic in a fight was usually far worse than just respawning and after a while I just learned never to accept a res unless I knew the medic.
Some interesting things for me:
New max abilities need checking out.
The Saron HRB works quite differently now (can rapid fire and has 6 rounds per mag and a much higher total ammo but only...

Comets are however fairly effective vs infantry whereas a vortex isn't.
I've also used my lancer to nice effect vs maxes so can say it works well :3
Medic is usually one of my top played classes (the other being light assault) but lately I've been having a lot of fun with the lancer so I take some responsibility for not being a medic enough :O
...
I'd say that having used both, there's no reason to use the resto-kit over the med-kit.
Other than that, infil is the one class I don't play so no comment :3
Yup, unfortunately I've seen some people already state that after this and the forward TR population % growth they're "taking a break from the game". Which of course means that by contrast the TR pop...
I didn't think flak armour works against direct hits and the splash damage on fracmaxs is pretty much nil.
Not 100% on this though.
They're just a graphical thing, so which style you prefer is open.
Yeah, but that was only store enforced and I even played in the nice stores that didn't care much about this kind of thing so we were able to get away with plenty of "counts as" as long as it's...
Yeah, the specialist games were the only interesting bits to me, so it's a big shame the company went in this direction.
Still, the hobbyist scene and independent companies are doing more with the...
There used to be a games workshop historical section that was largely unknown by everyone and GW never mentioned it, not sure if the lawyer run version of the company will have killed that off though.
That's cool, just adding that to make sure people are aware before getting too excited and jumping in without looking completely.
Though I'm sure the giraffes are more sensible than that :P
I'm personally a big fan of the discworld stuff, sure it's not all great plotwise but the world he's built and the little observations do it for me :3
Done, thanks and nice one finding this :]
Isn't that one more effective to buy with certs though?
I believe it's only 250 certs compared to (normally, so half now) 500 SC / 250 SC on sale.
I'm also liking the idea of a dedicated and co-ordinated tank sniping squad.
Leader calls target and the command to charge and fire, possibly in 2 rows; 1 kneeling in front of the other for...
Estate Agent?
Traffic Warden?
Also the bins in brighton haven't been collected for about 2 weeks now :/ tis starting to get beyond a joke.
Maybe you could do send orders via haiku or song for a milestone.
This sounds like a noble endeavor to me.
Charity is nice and I wouldn't say it'd have to be a games related one, just something you feel is a good cause.
Barring the planet it wouldn't be hard to turn it into an SVG, the sketchy bits may not come across 100% the same but would be fairly close.
I can probably knock one together sometime if it was...
I believe manually closing steam after changing or adding to categories forces them to upload to the cloud.
Shutting down without doing this has a far higher chance for my categories to forget...
