The difference between upgrade and sidegrade
So, apparently Bioware played Deus Ex. And decided to copy the endings almost one for one. Except make them worse. Not well done at all, in my opinion.
Wow, there are things in the game that are stronger than you? How unrealistic.
"
I assume enemies have some sort of difficulty rating system but it's not obvious in the UI!?"
This isn't WoW.

I purchased the gog version of this a while ago, but I couldn't get it to work with sound. Is there a patch or source port that enables stuff like widescreen, higher resolutions, and fixes issues?
The characterization in every Bioware game is bad, at least this one doesn't hold the pretense of being good.
The world design is pretty good, and the plot has stuff going for it. The combat is...
Some cases of anectodal evidence doesn't make it grossly inefficient, and it is not featureless. Bias detected.

Looking at the trailer, it loos like a really boring game with great art direction.
Redstonehost are great - that's what I use: http://redstonehost.com/
Etherlords is great. Etherlords 2 was decent too. Also, not on PC, but Yu-Gi Oh 5d's World Championship 2011 (I think that was the full name) on the DS is decent too.

The Witcher 2. Still haven't played past the first siege part. I have no idea how the combat system is supposed to work.
Trainyard if you have an iOS device http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWtIb7NEYgM it has that programming feel that SpaceChem has. The trailer doesn't really sell it but it's very reminiscent of...
The ships shouldn't just stand still in the sky. Make your environments dynamic with ships constantly moving around. A trademark of a x-punk environment is the setting being really busy.
This same thing happened to me! So weird.

Nothing really implies that. The closest that can come to that is:

Even though they want to collect data, that gives them no right to deny your access to your other Origin games.
How am I supposed to know what server is legit and what server is not? What if...
I'm not sure if I would be as fervent in my furor against Origin, but really? Why do they care what server we play on?
Just realized I made an awful typo in the thread title. oh well.

Not that I was ever going play anything on Origin, but this keeps driving the nail further for me. Thoughts?
Also, to clarify, you won't...
Would you kindly?
People defending Steam have put forth good arguments for its usage. But I haven't really heard a good argument against Steam, there were some tinfoil hat theories about Steam arbitrarily deciding to...
