I defeated Satek with a score of 30 after many, many attempts at submitting my turn. Whatever that server update was it apparently fixed the problem.

I just spent a long time on my turn vs. Satek only to have it fail to find the server when I committed. So frustrating. I'll try again tomorrow as it's almost time for the Sharks game 4 of round 2...

That's what the ignore list is for: filtering the wheat from the chaff. It's one reason why I wouldn't want to be a moderator, as I'd have to cease using this handiest of tools.

Why not? You can get a car stereo that plays from SD cards, USB and aux. for $50 or less. Here's one, I have something similar.

I finally watched The Cabin in the Woods and now know what the fuss is about. I quite enjoyed it, but kind of hoped that the final reveal would be Cthulhu. I guess one can't have everything.

I own all Total War titles on Steam and was given four Shogun 2 coupons.

Go for Crossfire. It is pretty much the same as BiA but does away with some of the tedium that comes from a huge strategic map. Plus you get snow maps, which are pretty neat.
