A good SSD is the single biggest upgrade I've made in years. The difference in overall system responsiveness is huge. (Well, actually fairly small, measured in seconds - but it feels big!)

As far as I know, the most common cause of failure is still the good old head crash.
If you have some data to back up that claim I'd love to take a look at it! It's hard to find good hard drive...
As someone who has built and serviced thousands of PCs, as well as worked at a company that makes NAND that goes into SSDs... anyone that's buying a hdd because they think it's going to be more...
