Desktop Dungeons went on to release via Unity tho - just FYI
Fact is I don't think you'll get a "TBS Maker" because the way TBS games work isn't generic enough (and they're probably not popular...

Installation and play is usually - at worst - a bit of compatibility mode stuff, but some people find that the game just CTDs at-random which will get wearing fast.

I know nothing of it and am not recommending it - but don't write-off Unity because it's 3D because it does 2D simply by choosing a...

The stuff you're looking for is 'stage rallying' and it's the guts of Dirt and it's there in 2 (and a bit in 3) too
There's definately been a lean-away from that sort of event in the real world as...

I can answer any "why hasn't there been a good [insert specific genre] game since XXX" generally, I think.
It's because all the big studios/publishers are obsessed with cramming every genre into...

WRC has always been a shaky series - the cars tend to float around, pivotting as-if they were on trackballs and not 4 wheels - surface changes are 'if it feels like it' - it's all a bit of a...
Taking the excavator thing - one thing they can't easily to is turn around 180 degrees and 'quickly dig a whole there'
That's something you need to do in a game ;0

There's an easy second between an "OK" and "good" run through Rettifilio, Roggia and Ascari
I think Roggia is probably the one you have to work hardest for because it's all about late braking but...

I'd do that but I just know it would end-up exploding or something ;0

It's not asking for help and it's not technical and it's not "Other Stuff" because it's game related (as much as our endless bundle/bargain/game pricing/social stuff is really)
My general rule for...
I'm not actually averse to AAA gaming as such - I'm averse to the "pack everything into the game regardless of whether it works or not because we need EVERYONE to buy it" mentality which UBIsoft are...
I did have a bit of fun when heading for an event and it threw me and some other folk into a slalom competition - but I can imagine things like that could get a bit wearing too...

AC has a reputation for most of the cars being setup quite well 'out of the box'.
The Scura was awful but it's a road car, not a race car - so you'd expect to have to change that for a track.
I couldn't possibly say that the way they've implemented the 'GPS route' is kinda weird and freaky and the 'neck snapping' you get from Nitrous is just bloody stupid.
Nope - I didn't say anything...

I've not had a lot of time for this week's combo but 2 things stood-out from the time I've spent
1 - the 'pad as wheel' setup is problematic on the faster track - lack of deadzone makes getting...
We don't want to go down the route of the mores of assisted suicide here - outside of how associating yourself with it isn't the best idea for a gaming club perhaps!!!

That looks scarily like a rip-off more than a tribute or whatever.

I tried 'Lifeless Planet' - I'd heard it was a 'press W to win' game but I liked the idea and I can take a bit of 'press W to win' if there's some narrative or atmosphere around it.
So far it -...
