I will be ~10 minutes late.
It is somewhat a pity that the game will be over in the next couple hundred years, looking at the map I noticed that your nation would be the oil superpower of the 20th century.

That's interesting to see. Perhaps we'll even see a colonial nation break away, I never have before.
That's nice (for me).

There should be a link there now.
Apparently, although the forum allows uploading 30MB .png files as attachments, it does not actually add them as attachments.

The first 100 years of territorial change:

Yeah, AoW's "Building units of other tech groups in foreign cores" removal is going to change some strategies considerably.
I don't think it is a bad change (for the game overall) though.

We've defused one significant European war before it could spiral out of control, hopefully the same can be done in the future.
Poland is perfectly happy constructing useless trade buildings (and...

I may be a few minutes late.

I've already done that for Victoria 2, but it should be possible to have it make a gif of all changes over the timeline, since the savegame keeps all province history (unlike CK2 which purges it,...

A savegame and game files contains all the information needed to do this. I'll see if I can code something when I get home.

Have the devs confirmed that? If not, it would make sense to compensate maneuver with another ability.

I would be interested in continuing this when Calamity is available again, providing other people are as well.
If not, then I think it would be good to start a new game once Art of War releases...

I was able to load last week's fine in singleplayer, despite not owning any major dlc. I haven't tried this week's yet.
There's no easy solution, but you have a few options:

imo it would be useful if Sir Hoc could attach and update a current savegame link in the first post.

Has anybody heard from Edseller(Sweden)? Will he be present at this week's session?

Moskva is rightful Polish territory (I already border it, it is 3 provinces away from Qara Qoyunlu).
Uh, is the Paradox game subforum the best place for this conversation?

I don't think it lost or gained anything.

Since Calamity has already made the necessary changes to the save, we may as well run with it.
If anybody really needs to be certain they can diff the new save to the old one.

That is fine with Poland. Similarly it would be best if yourself and the Oirats stayed in Asia, east of the Ural mountains.

Poland is not aware of anything east of the Caspian Sea.

How do you manage to do that without Overextension, War Exhaustion and Aggressive Expansion penalties becoming unbearable.
I am potentially interested.

How much gold does he need? I could send him 200.
Or could we do a daisy-chain? E.g. You send to Timurids, Timurid sends to Poland, Poland sends to Ireland.

In Art of War the region of Manchuria will have many more provinces and be 3 times as wealthy as before.
It should be a good prize for Japan/anyone who can beat them to it.
