Assuming squirrel is still reading: I don't think you'll find ANYONE on here who agrees with you on this one. People in most countries around the world tend to place a high degree of importance on...

From the "best RPS articles" thread it's clear that the game diaries in general are very popular. That's why I didn't even bother mentioning them in the opening post. It seems like they've started...

Can I do one?

"I think I might seriously stop playing computer games entirely pretty soon."
It sounds more like you are burned out, rather than an issue of hype. Take a break from them, or try something new...
@SirKicksalot" "Ender's Game is fun. I knew the basics and the ending but I still found it thrilling. The visuals are spectacular, especially during the games. The geography and geometry of the space...
I always wanted to try Dawn of War, but I don't think I can be bothered with postage and discs these days.
If you don't have a charity shop around, or any youngsters to pass them down too, maybe...
Don't you have charity bookshops in the US?
I used to buy almost all my books from the Oxfam bookstore in town, and then after I'd read them I'd donate 99% of them back.
I gave a truck load...
Er... Isn't the first paragraph a major spoiler then? I haven't played it yet, so I wouldn't know.

Thanks for the lighter TV show recommendations. I'm working through the first 1-2 eps of each to check them out.
Eva green as a violent doctor who would be awesome. Get on it!
People have been saying for at least 6 years that RPS isn't what it used to be. It's getting very very wearing.
It may be true in a sense, it used to be a smaller and more personal site with less...
There were a couple of good babylon 5 space combat mods, and I think a standalone project too.
They were good for mods, but they of course didn't have the resources to do what a full professional...
It's very sad that there was no decent Farscape game and no decent Babylon 5 game. Too late now I guess.
Farscape should have been a first person RPG. Babylon 5 should have been kind of like Elite...
Alexa rankings mean nothing. (and I hoped we'd gotten past the stage where the anti-rps gamergate guys were trotting them out all the time. sigh).
I agree with Quanta that RPS's web design is...

OK. Seems like no-one has any ideas. So I'll keep going:
- More multi-person game diaries, like the Neptune's Pride or Bloodbowl ones.
- Involve some readers, I don't remember who it was, but...

I like the idea of asking the supporters what they'd like to see on the site. But unfortunately I don't have enough money right now to be a supporter, so I thought I'd make somewhere that everyone...
I'm not keen on the new daily "have you played" and "freeware garden" articles.
I don't think the idea is bad, but every day seems a bit much. Once a week would be fine.

Hmm. Downtown abbey doesn't really look like my thing, but I'll check it out. The few bits i've seen didn't seem very happy. (I think it was some woman dying of consumption or something).
Obivion was weird. It seemed like it should be great, but it was just very cold and emotionless.
I guess you could argue that at least Robocop tried to address the issue of the psychological...

I find it mildly humerous that, given the criticism Adam's review got, the general view seems to be that it's a decent game with a lot of clunky bits to nitpick about.

Is there any kind of matchmaking?
Can someone who hasn't played for decades just jump on and have fun, or is it going to be something you have to dedicate time to? Right now it'd be nice to just...

Does anyone have a recommendation for a show that can be enjoyed with young kids around?
There's lots of great shows out now, but they are often quite dark and violent. I feel like in the 80s we...
"So in short though I would have been a no voter I emphasise pretty strongly with those who voted yes. Sticking together and trying to change the entire UK establishment is an undoubtedly harder task...

"I thought the first episode really stank of "PILOT! We're a pilot! Look, we're a pilot, so here's all the things that will interest you in the weeks to come! Do you like monsters? WE GOT MONSTERS!...

Really? I thought the opposite. The first episode was intriguing and as it went on the show became less and less so.
I agree about the cast (and production values imho) elevating it above where it...
