You don't even understand what you're talking about - and you're calling out people for being critical of company that undermines the democratic process?
This is not about "us VS...

Personally, I couldn't care less about Disney or any of their products (or Marvel or Star Wars for that matter). I like watching TB's shows and I think he is smart enough to realize that people who...

I would have to agree with FriendlyFire on this one. If you want to develop some successful video game, you need someone to be responsible for marketing / community relations. Don't want to do it...
I've played a few hours of Pandora (still haven't finished the playthrough). It seems pretty decent, although it's definitely less polished than Civ V. There are also less game mechanics than in Civ...
Some more suggestions:
Traffic Giant - Early 2000s version of Cities in Motion, I would say it's easier than CiM, maybe even more fun (than CiM 2?). It still holds its own even to this date. ...

Neverhood was a fun, unique adventure game. I am going to pledge this kickstarter.
Why do you think he is a tool?
Suburban lines typically make minimal profit, but I like to use them as feeder routes for metros.
Cities in Motion 2. I would highly recommend this to anyone who like management games or even city building. The new version allows you to as you build up a transport network. This and the addition...
Simcity 3000 is like a slightly more complex version of simcity 2000. I still play it once in a while, when I am looking for something less fiddly than Simcity 4. It's got all the elements of the...

SimCity 4 is by far the best in the series. SC4 offers depth and extensibility that is unmatched by other city-builders on the market. The biggest challenge with SC4 is the lack of comprehensive...

To be fair, there was a lot more to Zeus / Poseidon than mythology and religion. These elements were definitely more pronounced than in Caesar 3 / Pharaoh, but the sandbox mode did allow you to focus...
How does it compare to Pharaoh / Cleopatra and Zeus / Poseidon? I play these games at least once a year (for more than 10 years now). Unfortunately I never got try Children of the Nile.
I think an open source Majesty 1 style game would be very successful. I haven't played any other games with such a unique mix of town/hero management.
I still put in about 6-7 hours every month...

For anyone else who has troubles with playing CiM because of the difficult, I recommend the Vehicle Realism Mod:

Some economic strategy / management games that weren't mentioned in this thread:
