Personally, I liked the idea of new threads that contained just the relevant information and were then locked...but that's just me.

I think we need to make it clear that one thread is how to join...if we just had an "RPS Vanu" and "RPS Terran Republic" thread that wouldn't be entirely self evident.

It depends - I always tend to favour brevity, in which case I'd merge the Giraffes and Traitors into one "RPS on Planetside" thread, keep the outfit guides as one thread, and stick TACGIR in either...
