Like I said, it's theoretically possible- I have no idea how you'd actually manage to run an ammo deficit in this game.

Actually, what really draws me to the axe is how visceral it is, and how fluid. I mean, I really was not expecting anything at all from the melee combat. Some feeble desperation attack, at best. So...
Between this and IneptFromRussia's comments on the WIT, I am a little bemused. The pistol and the bow are very distinct, especially in the early game before you've had a chance to upgrade them much....

This seems needlessly narrow to me. I'd include any game where exploration of an enviroment was the primary or sole focus. Though I suppose it's a short leap from there to including all roguelikes.
