Good points about UVHM. When we tried it, we didnt have so extensive a knowledge base as we do now. We just tried it with whatever green and blue weapons and gear we found.
Turns out, UVHM is for...
Edit: Misread the OP. They are correct - no more DLC coming for BL2.
As for the DLC itself: Most of it scales to the level you are at when you pick it up. That said, some DLC missions are tougher...

When I first purchased DXHR for $7.50 in a sale, I played it for an hour. And bounced off of it. Hard. I had gone in expecting an open world (ish) experience. Lots of exploration and free roaming....

Still playing mostly Borderlands 2 with my girl and Meltdown. BL2 is just...good fun, in co-op. And Meltdown is a great little weeknight game. Quick missions, fun if simple game play.

Does the chest reset during these events, in case you have opened it?

Just snagged Meltdown tonight in the same Groupees bundle for $5. Even if Meltdown were the only game I got for that price, I would easily be happy with it. There isnt much to it, really; its...
Thanks for the info. Been enjoying Minecraft so far and cant wait to try out more mods.
For some reason I have just delved into the mostly wonderful world of Minecraft mods. However, I feel as if I am missing something. I mostly play for the exploration and discovery, but I enjoy the...

A little further along, and the biggest problem with combat comes from creatures. Human/humanoid creatures do telegraph heavy blows. Makes it relatively easy to dodge roll away. Which is the ONLY...

I tried the game today and my opinions have shifted squarely to the negative. Its a broken mess with a combat system that is atrocious and bored, uninspired voice acting. Neither parry nor dodge...

Two things about that statement.
First, opinions about games are always subjective. Except that opinion about poor voice acting and mis-cast actors. I assure that's as close to critical, objective...

So far...I am trying, very hard, to like it. The voice acting is admittedly terrible. Objectively bad. Honest. And the Bones character...you could not find a worse mismatch between character and...

Well said. sir. Well said.
Drake: I too have an XCOM Long War playthrough going. And have realized I may well have that same play through going for years. In a good way, mind you. Long War means...

I could really get behind the idea of an open world RPG that does not need mods to fix it. So long as the combat is Witcher 2 levels of serviceable or better I dont think I would mind much. My other...

Once again I'm on the fence about a game and once again, I can think of no better place I can turn for opinions on said title, than the RPS Community.
I really want to like a large, open world...

Been feeling this a lot lately myself, and I am pretty sure its the so called 'gamer guilt' trickling in. At first it only happened when I spent inordinate amounts of time playing games. Now, its...
Here's this huge open world to explore. Full of...snow. And rocks. Lots of those. And frankly not much else. Right then, off we go to the dungeons. Cause...arent there, like, 150 of...
This...this needed to be said.

This was me with Far Cry 3. Literally the only way I can play that game is to convince myself that the narrative is all Jason's dream. Seen this way, it made sense:
Deep down Jason Brody knows...

Though I do like and enjoy Divinity: OS, I tend to agree with the problem of early pacing. I hear people talk about a second and third play through, and I just wonder...how in the world did you...

Still playing Starpoint Gemini 2. All in all, really enjoying my time with it. Its still Early Access, but the patch today was the second in as many months and the devs all are over the Steam forums...

Mostly I think this happens because game developers and their writers want to make movies and not games and are too stubborn to realize they are mostly terrible at it. Granted this mostly applies to...

Sincerely glad someone else enjoyed it. Uninstalled after about three hours with it. Found it to be the same generic corridor shooter we've been playing for literally years. Except, with nonsensical...

Can sympathize on Just Cause 2. Tried it again this past weekend, actually, since a coworker assured me I was missing something. And you know what, I think...its pretty awful. Limited grappling hook...

Gave up on Wofenstein (writing it off as a lesson in why I should never buy another corridor shooter, ever).
Moved on to Starpoint Gemini 2. Its Early Access - I am notoriously bad at sticking to...
