As that's an alternate way to access the server that bypasses the DNS, should I post it in the OP? I don't want its use, rather than the use of the regular addy, to interfere with anything.

That city is roughly 1km wide E/W. Egads that's a lot of work. The main body of the map itself is ~22km x ~60km and is being custom formed, though it appears they had someone go on a 100km dicktrek.
