I only use Desura and GoG.

Desura is about indie games and mods.
I think it's from the chaps at ModDB.

MWLL is free, includes a nice choice of air units (aerospace and VTOLs) and requires tactics/strategy.
You can also fly a short distance in a light hovercraft, but that doesn't count. ;) Oh...and...
