I've been meaning to get into this, playing with RPSers would seem the perfect way.

I'm up for some robot-based tomfoolery when it's launched,
Origin name: UniversalHamster
Just wanted to put up a little recommendation for this game, it's cheap on Steam this week, (£3.49) it is super-fun and reminds me of UniRally on the SNES.
Plus I'd like to have more peeps to play...
Street Fighter X Tekken is £7.82 at the moment on Steam, how is the pc port and scene? Are there better alternatives for PC one-on-one fighters?

I would say to point 1 that it honestly never bothered me... Though to be honest, I'm not the sort of person it would bother. It never intrudes on the game though, the references are all in the...

I loved Guacamelee. Its short but it feels near perfect to me, the controls are tight, the combat is fun, it looks beautiful and is animated gorgeously. The feel of it is so bright and joyful and it...

Hi, I have 2 copies of the Arma 3 Lite alpha. PM me here or on Steam, where my name is the same.

I'm on a one of these: http://www.anandtech.com/show/3999/dell-xps-15-l501x-review
And I'm too lazy to write this stuff out myself.
Had some fairly hectic sessions with the ARPS guys, night...

Damn, that's a shame.
Its definitely better looking than A2 though!
05-03-2013, 03:19 PM
Okay, fiddled and tinkered with it for a bit, and I'm amazed how well it runs and how good it looks compared to A2. I flat out didn't believe I would be able to play this, (Buying it anyway for...

Played the first mission without fiddling with any control or video settings, amazed it seems to run pretty well on my laptop, control is much tighter and smoother than before... Happy so far, time...

If we buy through Steam, do we still get the Alpha invites?
Edit: Ah, I'm an eejit, the answer is yes and is right there on the store page.

This is not true for me...
Edit: However, I saw a friend who had bought it on steam and could get to it that way. Woo!
Yet more from Dslyecxi
But look at the skivvies! I need never fight in trousers again!
Dslyecxi has put up the first A3 videos!
Even though I can safely assume this won't be playable on my machine, I'm still sick with excitement.
So there is instant Beta access for anyone who prepurchases the game now... Is anyone playing it? If so, is it worth the 8 quid?

Okay, so it seems the problem is sorted.
Its very hard to guess at what exactly was to blame though, but I shall try.
The beta patch must have been the cause on my first install, but deleting...

Interesting idea, I'll have a look at that when I get time tomoz, cheers!
(I did the full reinstall though, same problem kept happening)

Thanks for the advice guys,
Trumpet - I'm actually using the Arma 2 Launcher, and I see a check box to enable the beta patch which had not been checked. I take it that's the option?

So I've been away from the game for a while, but I'm very keen to come back to the fold. I tried to join in the ARPS session last Tuesday, but when I got as far as the server browser it informed me...
I have 3 steam invites, PM me and I'll send them.
